Damon Dash Promotes Los Angeles Event Where People Will Throw Gucci Items Into a Bonfire

Damon Dash threw his support behind an event where people will toss Gucci items into a bonfire. Last month it was discovered that the Italian fashion house included in its fall/winter collection a black turtleneck sweater that was able to be pulled to the nose, and it included design features that many thought resembled blackface.

A lot of backlash came afterwards, so the fashion brand apologized and pulled the item from its physical and digital stores. But still, people like T.I. and 50 Cent continued to blast Gucci, and 50 even burned one of their T-shirts.
