Zlatan Ibrahimovic: Manchester United to MLS/Chinese Super League

Zlatan Ibrahimovic could leave Manchester United before the end of the season if he is offered a deal to move to Major League Soccer in the US or the Chinese Super League. Yahoo reports that the 36-year-old Swedish striker is out of contract in the summer and “could potentially leave before its conclusion” because the US and Chinese leagues run from March until the end of the calendar year.

Alexis Sanchez: Arsenal to Manchester City

City have reportedly bid £20million for Arsenal striker Alexis Sanchez, says the Guardian, and have offered the Chilean a contract worth £250,000 a week to join this month. The deal is worth £13m a season and will last until 2023. Sanchez is free to talk with overseas clubs and Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich have shown an interest in the 29-year-old.

Cristian Pavon: Boca Juniors to Arsenal

The Gunners are lining up Boca Juniors star Cristian Pavon as the replacement for Man City-bound Alexis Sanchez. Argentine striker Pavon, 21, has a reported £27m release clause and The Sun says that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is “prepared to meet” the sum and bring him to London.

Theo Walcott: Arsenal to Everton

Everton have emerged as favourites to sign Theo Walcott and could be set to bid £20m for the Arsenal and England forward. The Daily Mail reports that Walcott is also a target for former club Southampton, but Everton are confident they can strike a deal during the January transfer window. …read more
